Hey Marlie...agree with the others...positive reinforcement is what did the trick with us: only rewarding when things go right (even the smallest) and ignore the bad stuff...yep, worked for us!

Today I got a t-shirt bought at Mollys from my human. It was for the ferrets, but it was to big so now its mine! It says Small but Deadly on the back, isn't that cool?
